Senior Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations to clients - foreign companies
• Participate in negotiations with the clients
• Represent clients' interests in court and in state or non-government organisations
• Provide monitoring of legislation
• Legal support of transactions (real estate, M & A, taxation, accession to the Russian market)

Requirements:

• Higher legal education
• Experience of work of 3-5 years
• Knowledge of English is welcome
• Knowledge of the Russian Tax and Civil Law
