NEWS 7/4/2009 Avenir Group announces new recruitment arm – Adapt-to-Change Llc The financial turmoil in the world has shown - once more, with more clarity than ever before – what business is all about: it is about adapting to change. One should adapt every day, every moment, on every level of business, and not wait for the circumstances coming to adapt you. Stressing this point - and stressing the business philosophy we have followed all these years – we wanted to call our new recruitment arm “Adapt-to-Change”. We have been adapting to the change, but even more so, we also continuously improved our services in order to change! The new recruitment arm, Adapt-to-Change, offers professional hiring services, finding the best people available on the Russian market, and preparing your Russian team to the challenges. At the same time, we announce that we have discontinued the affiliation with recruitment firm Avenir Llc, which will continue offering recruitment services using its own resources. Our own HR specialists will all transfer to Adapt-to-Change. Avenir Group has had 10% growth in revenue in the first quarter of 2009 compared to same period last year. The number of our staff, which was 116 on 31.9.2008, increased to 125 as of 31.3.2009. In January of this year, we opened a new office in Yekaterinburg. We believe we have successfully adapted and can help an increasing number of clients to do the same. There are a lot of opportunities on the Russian market, but many quick decisions have to be made in order to stay afloat and let your business surf on the waves of changes.
